When setting up the Zycoo PBX for the first time you will need to connect a PC to the WAN port on the back of the device.
You will have to use its default IP address of 192.168.1.100 and in order to connect you will have to change the adaptor settings on you PC, please see example below:
Once you have done this you can attempt to connect to the PBX. You will need you connect via the following address - https://192.168.1.100:9999
The page is not secure, so you will be greeted with “Your connection is not private” Here is where you would select advanced then “Proceed to IP…”
2. Log in
You will now be required to log into the system. Both the default username and password for the PBX is admin.
3. Change Password
When logged in you will be required to change your password. You will need to do this before setting any other configuration.
Once you have changed your password you will now be required to log in again but with the new password.
4. Network Settings
Down the left hand side of the screen you will see "Network Settings", and under this is "Network". In here is where you will be able to change the IP address of the PBX.
Once you have assigned the PBX a static IP address and clicked "Save" the device will then reboot.
Once the PBX has rebooted you will now need to connect to the IP you have assigned it, in the following format https://"IP Address":9999 as before. Once loaded you will need to log back in to the device using the username - admin and password you have created.
