Cambium cnPilot - Retrieve Tech Support & Configuration File : CnMaestro

Purpose:

Retrieve Tech Support File : Cambium cnPilot – CnMaestro

Step 1: Select Manage

Step 2: Select Wi-Fi AP Groups

Step 3: Select the Radio

Step 4: Select Tools Tab

Step 5: Select Tech Support File Download Icon.

Retrieve Device Configuration File : Cambium cnPilot – cnMaestro

Step 1: Select Manage

Step 2: Select Network

Step 3: Select the Radio

Step 4: Select Configuration Tab

Step 5: Under Device Configuration > Select (View Device Configuration). A pop-up window will open.

Step 6: Select Download.
